Hello John,
Steven Gibbs here, Director, Bushtracker,

Keep watching the Pre-Loved Bushtrackers for sale Category. They do come up now and then. Look back a few of the pages of "sold", and you can get an idea of the prices people have been asking for them..

One more thing: WELCOME TO THE FORUM, POST NUMBER 1 !!

Hi Steven.
Thanks for the info.
Looks like a good place to hang out and learn.
As a multiple heavy vehicle owner and driver, the construction both inside and out of the Bushtracker vans is why I’m buying one.

Well, after much scouring of the usual internet haunts for vans, we found an 18ft Bushtracker bunk van second hand. Took it away for a quick trip at Easter and had some heads turning around the campsite! Absolutely the best and looking forward to our winter trip to Ayers Rock this July.

Hi John, What a great result. We have our BT on order and counting down the days until we pick it up. You never know we might catch up one day. I'll keep an eye out for a 18' with bunks.

Congratulations!

Now to learn how to run it, improve it depending on the year, maintain it, Register on the Forum as an Owner when you pick it up.. You will need your VIN number for verification.. There is a WORLD of help for you.

Depending on the age, the Solar Regulator and Battery Chargers sort of hit their "Use By" date at around 10-12 years. One of the more valuable Topics is in the TIPS ON LIVING WITH YOUR NEW BUSHTRACKER Category and the Topic is a "Sticky" something like LIVING WITH 12v SYSTEMS, THE DIY TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE. A big part of that is: How to test everything, so you are not killing batteries by over charging stuck on Boost, or undercharging sulphating the batteries, and what that all means...

Kind regards, Steven Gibbs, Director and Chief Scout
