The ultimate rig. Don’t dream it ... tow it!

Price: $160 000 for both together - which is less than half the price of a new combination. It has been well looked after, fully maintained and as good as new, but with many more features than new equivalent. This is a proper off-road rig, ready for any adventure or full-time luxury living.

This Bushtracker has a unique custom-built storage unit incorporated under the caravan`s front overhang, on the extended drawbar. This unit houses the Weber Baby-Q is on a slide-out drawer on the on-side, whereas the generous slide-out drawers from the off-side give access to the four jerry cans, the generator and space for electric and plumbing equipment. Another feature is the lockable roll-down frame mount for the two spare wheels.

The van’s cabinetry is beautiful traditional Tasmanian oak, with leather upholstery. The roof is 75mm higher than normal, giving ample head-room for tall persons. The extra-length island queen bed has an upmarket mattress.

The extended cab Silverado 2500HD has the powerful 6.6lt Duramax V8 turbo diesel engine which is teamed with the Allison 6-speed auto transmission, giving 360hp @ 3000 rpm and 881 Nm of torque at 1600 rpm providing fuel efficiency, performance and durability. The carrying capacity and towing ability of this vehicle are outstanding: GVM 4,173kg towing capacity 5,000kg and tow-ball weight 450kg. This translates to effortless, safe towing and a most comfortable ride.
